Ellen's "Food Pick of the Month"
Robert Rothschild Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves
Ellen is always right and Ellen says "A carefully blended combination of the
tasty pomegranate "superfruit" with sweet oranges and tart cranberries. A
stunning addition to a thick slice of baby Brie, atop a Nita Crisp cracker. Try
it as a baste for ham sirloin, grilled fish or chicken."

Chef Daniela, Chef David and Steve are working on a
whole bunch of tasty new menus and topics, including some great holiday classes...so
stay tuned.
Until next time...Happy Cooking!
