What to bring to your next holiday party or what to serve at your next holiday party? Age old question…right? Party season is on and here are a few of our favorites.

Brie Crostini with Cranberry Salsa

Light, delicate, flavor packed cheese straws wrapped in savory Prosciutto hot out of the oven!

Tender cold smoked salmon rolled up with our favorite soft cheese.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Lightly marinated sea scallops in a soy, garlic and ginger marinade are wrapped in bacon and oven baked. Always a hit!

Baked Miniature Brie in Phyllo Dough Cups with Sun Dried Cranberries and Almonds
Petite Wheels of Brie are quickly baked with sweet sun dried cranberries and toasted almonds.

Grilled Basil Shrimp wrapped in Prosciutto, Dijon Garlic Aioli
Jumbo shrimp wrapped with fresh basil and savory prosciutto are grilled to perfection and served with a homemade mustard and garlic aioli. The hit of the party!

All Classes start at 6:15 pm Sharp and end around 8:30 pm

IMPORTANT! Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.
However they are transferable, so you may sell or give them to a friend if you can't attend class.
